Paulding Pavilion is located at the northeast corner of US Highway 278 and GA Highway 92 in Hiram, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta). In 2010, the Company completed a number of improvements at the shopping center, including the addition of a 39,196 Sports Authority and a 21,340 square foot Staples, dramatically increasing the overall appeal of the shopping center.
