Mr. Mark K. Rosenfeld is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wilherst Developers Inc., a real estate development firm, and has served in such position since July 1997. Mr. Rosenfeld served as Chairman of the Board (from 1993 to 1996) and Chief Executive Officer (from 1992 to 1996) of Jacobson Stores Inc., a retail fashion merchandiser, and served as a director and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Jacobson.
