William Gershenson

Vice President of Shop Leasing

Mr. William Gershenson is the Vice President of Shop Leasing for Ramco-Gershenson. As Vice President of Shop Leasing, he supervises the shop leasing department and is responsible for overseeing the generation of income through the execution of new leases and lease renewals under 19,000 sf. In addition, Mr. Gershenson provides support for new acquisitions and the disposition of existing assets, new development projects and the redevelopment of existing shopping centers.

Mr. Gershenson has been employed with Ramco-Gershenson since 2002. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance. Mr. Gershenson is also a Certified Leasing Specialist. Professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers, current Michigan State ICSC Next Generation Chair and Board member for the West Bloomfield, Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
